Each year, the Young Leadership Council (YLC) of the ICCJ hosts an international conference that brings together a group of carefully selected young leaders from diverse religious backgrounds and geographical locations for three days of training, networking, and relationship development. Afterwards, the YLC conference members join with the international conference of the ICCJ to network and create lasting relationships with their local member organizations. The primary aim of this annual conference is to create an environment for young leaders to reflect, build relationships, and develop skills for future interfaith pursuits.

Our goals are to:

ENCOUNTER
Different faiths, ideas and cultures through facilitated dialogue and visits to houses of worship

EXCHANGE
Intercultural knowledge and skills through formal and informal sharing opportunities

EQUIP
Gain best practices to create grassroots interfaith activities back home
